In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let me know at the time of your service! • In the event there is a no call/no show you will be charged in full for services booked, you will not be refunded! • If in the event something happens to your nails, one falls off, breaks, etc within 3 days of your service date then i will fix it for FREE! Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than a 24 hour notice of your set service date will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. • Appointments cancelled within less than an hour of the scheduled appointment time will be charged in full (100%) for all services booked. • THERE IS A 5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, $25 LATE FEE!! After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to pay the deposit fee to book again!
